Your Wild Waves Theme Park 35th Birthday Party Hat

1. | Download the template here and print on Letter size card stock paper. You can print on regular paper but your hat will be very flimsy. | |

2. | Color or paint the hat, including the two long bands on page 2. | |
 |
3. | Cut out the template pieces. | |
 |
4. | Glue both of the template bands to the edge of the main hat. | |
 |

Measure the hat around the head. The bands would definitely be a lot longer than needed. Trim off the ends of the bands to achieve the right length for a perfect fit birthday hat.
Glue the ends of the two bands together. |
