GENERAL INFORMATION
EMT-staffed first aid stations are located in the Northwest Territory next to Lumberjack Falls and next to the Wave Pool in the Water Park section.
To receive information about the services we offer to Guests with disabilities, contact the park at (253) 661-8000 or while at the park ask for a Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities which are located in the Guest Relations booth.
ATM Automated teller machines are located next to Elephant Ears, in the arcade and in the covered area next to Village Cafe.
Baby Care Centers Diaper changing facilities are located in or near each restroom. Also, splash wear diapers may be purchased at Surfside Gifts. Guest safety is our No. 1 priority. Therefore, all Guests will be required to pass through metal detectors and all bags will be inspected. Please leave inappropriate items at home or in your car.
PARK RE-ENTRY
If you intend to return to the Park later the same day, please retain your ticket/receipt and have your hand stamped at the exit gate prior to leaving. Also, your parking ticket stub allows one return for that day.
GUEST CONDUCT
Unruly behavior and profanity will not be tolerated and may also be cause for ejection from the park without a refund. Please walk and do not sit or stand on fences or railings. Line-jumping/cutting in line may result in ejection from the park with no refund.
DRESS CODE
Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted at any time (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution) Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.
SHOES, SHIRTS, & SHORTS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL THEME PARK RIDES
Park guests must have appropriate footwear and attire on the Theme Park rides. Clothing/swimwear with metal zippers or eyelets is not permitted on water attractions. Shirts may NOT be worn when riding water slides.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
No outside food, beverages or coolers are permitted into Wild Waves Theme Park. NO Barbecueing/Grilling of any kind is allowed on park grounds or parking lot.
NO FIREARMS or ANY OTHER WEAPONS ALLOWED
No firearms or any other item that may be considered a weapon allowed on park property.
ALCOHOL
No outside alcohol or glass containers are allowed on park grounds.
WILL-CALL TICKETS
Will-Call tickets will only be held at the Will-Call Booth to the left of the entrance.
PETS
Although pets are not permitted in the park, service animals are allowed.
RAIN POLICY
Some rides will close temporarily during rain storms and other severe weather conditions. As soon as conditions permit safe ride operation, the attractions will re-open. There are no refunds or rain checks issued due to weather conditions.
