You must be 16 years of age to work at Wild Waves Theme Park. Some positions require you to be 18+ years of age. Please see the list of positions below.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
Descriptions are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed in each position; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications of each position.
Admissions Team Member
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Ticket Sales: Follow proper cash handling procedures and process on-site ticket and season pass sales.
- Season Pass Processing: Process Guests’ passes includes taking pictures and updating contact information.
- Ticket Taking: Ensure each guest entering the park has a valid ticket or season pass.

Aquatics Team Member (Lifeguard)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Safety: Maintain a safe environment on the water attractions by monitoring the number of guests on the attraction, executing preventative safety measures, enforcing rules and regulations and monitoring the water at all times for guests that may require assistance.
- First Aid: Provide First-Responder care to guests and employees as needed while on duty; including CPR, the Heimlich maneuver and spinal rescues.
- Certification: Maintain an active Ellis & Associates lifeguard license. This requires you to attend regular in-services.

Attractions Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our team members in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Attraction Operation: Check guests for proper height and rider restrictions, assist guests safely onto the ride, fasten any safety devices and enforce safety rules and regulations while allowing the guests to safely enjoy the ride.
- Record Keeping: Record details of safety checks throughout the day, rider throughput and any notable incidents.

Finance Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our team members in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Reporting: Prepare the Daily Operating Report (DOR) each morning for the previous day and deliver to appropriate management.
- Over/Shorts: Review previous day transactions and report any abnormal transactions and any applicable over/shorts from cashiers.
- Ticketing: Process ticket orders from Sales, Finance and HR in a timely fashion. Deliver to requesting manager or vendor promptly.

Food Service Team Member
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Certification: Maintain an active WA State Food Handler’s Card.
- Food Prep: Prepare and serve food and beverage for guests in the various food locations in full compliance with WA State health standards.
- Sales: Follow proper cash handling procedures with each guest and team member transaction.

- Game Play: Encourage game play through guest interaction, explain game play rules and prize distribution.
- Sales: Collect game fees while following proper cash handling procedures.

Human Resources Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist fellow team members and guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Onboarding: Enter incoming applications into database, Schedule interviews and process new hire paperwork
- Recording Keeping: Maintain accurate employment and time-keeping records. Filing all new paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Assist in planning and executing team member events and incentive programs.
- Dispatch Office: Center hub for all in-park communication systems. Record and relay information to correct team member, including ride maintenance calls and First Aid calls. Relay appropriate information to key management personnel.

Landscaping Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Daily Maintenance: Maintenance and upkeep of vegetation, including mowing, planting, weeding, digging, pruning, watering and general clean-up.

Park Services Team Member
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- General Park Cleanliness: Includes sweeping walkways, pressure washing facilities and attractions, pulling trash and wiping down tables and chairs throughout the park.
- Restrooms: Clean and maintain all restrooms by using cleaning tools and chemicals to clean the sinks, showers and toilets. Restocking duties include restocking of paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, etc.
- Parking Lot: Sweeping walkways, parking spots and driveways, pressure washing ticket booth areas, maintaining cleanliness in parking lot restroom and pulling all trash cans in the lot.

Parking Team Members
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Sales: Assist guests in paying the parking fee while following proper cash handling procedures.
- Directions: Direct to available parking locations, specifically VIP, Drop-Off, ADA and RV locations.

Retail/Rentals Team Member
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Processing Sales: Assist guests with all retail needs, such as, product assistance and ringing up sales at various retail locations; while following proper cash handling procedures.
- Rental Outlets: Provide explanation of rental process and return process.
- Cabanas Concierge: Obtain food & beverage orders and deliver in a timely manner. Maintain the cleanliness and appropriate stock in the cabana. Process additional up charges to the guests in the cabanas.
- Restocking Merchandise: Monitor the product levels out for display and pulling back-stock when appropriate. Communicate with Management when stock is running low.

- Bag Check: Check all bags to ensure that outside food, beverage, and dangerous items do not enter the park.
- Problem Guests: Provide assistance as directed to Security Manager & FWPD with issues pertaining to theft, ticket scalping and inter-guest conflicts.
- Lost Children: Responding to calls when a lost child is reported and help the lost child reunite with their party.

Verification Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our team members in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Cash Handling: Check-in/Check-out cash bags, pick-up and receive money drops from in-park locations.
- Reporting: Verify daily sales, audit cash bags for all revenue locations throughout the park. Balance vault and prepare daily deposits.
- Redeemed Tickets: Verify all daily tickets are scanned and accounted for in hourly/daily counts.

Warehouse Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist fellow team members in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Stocking Stands: Receive order sheets from all locations and ensure that the proper product gets to each location in a timely and efficient manner.
- Rotation of Product: Ensure all products in Warehouse are rotated following 1st-in, 1st-out FIFO policies.
- Receiving Goods: Assist in delivery unload, and put away and organize all goods received. Alert appropriate management of deliveries. Ensure delivery paperwork is given to appropriate management.

Water Quality Team Member (18+ years of age)
- Guest Service: Greet and assist our guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Safety: Maintain a safe environment on the water attractions by performing safety tests and adjusting water chemistry levels to maintain health standards.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate and thorough records for each pool of chemical levels and any alterations made throughout the day.
- Pool Cleanings: Clean pools on assigned rotation with a pool vacuum and skim net to ensure clear visibility.
