I want to buy a Season Pass as a gift, but I don’t have all of their information. Can I still complete the order?
Yes! You can always insert placeholder information so that you can complete your order. Instruct the pass recipient to update their personal information when processing their Season Pass (getting a photo taken and an EZ-Band wristband issued). Please note that after processing, Season Passes are non-transferable.

How do I get my Cabana discount?
Gold Pass holders receive 25% off cabana rentals. Book online and enter your EZ Band number located on the inside of your wristband to receive the discount when making your reservation.
Platinum Pass holders receive 50% off cabana rentals by contacting [email protected] before purchasing to receive a personalized link.
How do I get a refund?
Season Passes and Daily Tickets are non-refundable as stated at purchase and will be valid on any regular operating day in the season it was purchased. The policy also applies to non-admission-related in-park or online purchases.
Do you offer a “Family Season Pass”?

I have a Season Dining Plan with my Season Pass. How do I activate it?
Your Dining Plan is valid for the entire season for which it is purchased. IMPORTANT: Activate Dining Plan at Guest Services next to the main entrance before using it.

All payment plan payments are auto-billed. Payment dates are automatically selected during the checkout process and are based on the date you make your initial purchase.
